SEATZY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical or digital signatures.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Seatzy Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Seatzy Technologies Private Limited. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Capitalized terms have the meanings assigned in the Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated.

Seatzy is a technology platform only. Seatzy: Does not provide transportation services Is not a common carrier Does not employ Drivers Does not control pricing, routes, or service quality Transportation services are provided solely by Drivers.

You must: Be at least 18 years old Be legally competent to contract Comply with Applicable Law Seatzy may deny access at its discretion.

You are responsible for: Providing accurate information Maintaining confidentiality of credentials Seatzy is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

Ride requests depend on Driver availability Seatzy does not guarantee acceptance, timing, or completion All estimates are indicative only

Passengers do not pay through the Platform Seatzy does not collect passenger fares Drivers may pay external platform access fees No in-app purchases are offered

No passenger cancellation or no-show fees apply Repeated misuse may result in account restriction or termination

Seatzy: Does not guarantee safety Is not an emergency service Provides no insurance Users must exercise judgment and contact authorities when needed.

Users must not: Violate laws Harass or abuse others Damage property Commit fraud Misuse the Platform

Seatzy may suspend or permanently deactivate accounts: For policy violations For safety, legal, or reputational risk With or without notice No reinstatement is guaranteed.

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seatzy shall not be liable for: Personal injury or death Property damage Loss of income or profits Indirect or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seatzy from claims arising from: Your conduct Your violation of law Your misuse of the Platform

These Terms incorporate by reference all Seatzy policies, notices, and guidelines published from time to time, including privacy, safety, payments, cancellations, grievance, and enforcement rules.

Seatzy may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Laws of India apply Disputes resolved by arbitration in India, in English Courts in India have jurisdiction where arbitration is not applicable
