SEATZY – PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how Seatzy Technologies Private Limited (“Seatzy”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, processes, stores, uses, shares, and protects information relating to users of the Seatzy platform. This Privacy Policy applies to: Seatzy Passenger Mobile Application Seatzy Driver Mobile Application Seatzy website All related online and offline services operated by Seatzy (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of Seatzy’s Terms & Conditions and must be read together with them. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical or digital signatures.

“Applicable Law” means all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, notifications, and judicial orders in force in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. “Device” means any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or electronic device used to access the Platform. “Driver” means an independent third-party service provider registered on the Seatzy Driver App. “Passenger” means a user requesting rides through the Seatzy Passenger App. “Personal Data” means any data relating to an identifiable individual. “Platform” means the Seatzy mobile applications, website, and related services. “User” means any Passenger or Driver using the Platform.

Seatzy operates solely as a technology platform that facilitates connections between independent Drivers and Passengers. Seatzy: Does not provide transportation services Is not a common carrier Does not employ Drivers Does not control fares, routes, vehicles, or Driver conduct All transportation services are provided independently by Drivers under a separate contract between Driver and Passenger.

We use information to: Create and manage accounts Enable trip discovery and matching Support navigation and trip tracking Process Driver payouts Provide customer support Prevent fraud and misuse Ensure platform safety and integrity Enforce platform policies (including suspension/deactivation) Comply with Applicable Law

Information may be shared with: Other Users: limited trip-related details only Service providers: cloud hosting, analytics, security Government or law enforcement: when legally required Business successors: mergers, acquisitions, restructuring Seatzy does not sell personal data.

Personal Data is retained: While your account remains active As required by law and regulation For dispute resolution and fraud prevention Data may be anonymized and retained for analytics after account closure.

Subject to Applicable Law, you may: Request access to your data Request correction of inaccuracies Request deletion of your account Withdraw consent Requests: 📧 support@seatzy.in Withdrawal of consent may limit Platform access.

Seatzy uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Seatzy: Is not an emergency service Does not provide insurance of any kind Does not monitor trips in real time for emergencies Users must contact local emergency services when required.

Seatzy is not responsible for information collected independently by Drivers outside the Platform.
